Finding the right therapist for you is extremely important in your growth and recovery. I am happy to talk with you to ascertain if we are a good fit moving forward.
Clinicial Supervision
I provide supervision for those seeking their LCSW license as well as on going professional consultation for newly licensed clinicians who are seeking additional support.
Individual Therapy
Sessions range from 45-50 minutes in which we explore what brought you to therapy. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Trauma Informed principles among others to assist you on your journey. Loved ones and significant others are welcome for structured sessions should it further your growth!

If you choose not to pay with insurance the fee is $120 per session
